QA associate

Hello, We're hiring! A Quality Associate

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage NCR and CAPA processes
Handle and track customer complaints
Manage and coordinate the company training program for employees
Support document control, change management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, GMP, MDR / FDA))
Assist with internal audits and support audit/inspection readiness
Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product quality

Requirements

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing NCRs, CAPAs, and Customer Complaints
Strong training and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently, with strong documentation skills and attention to details
High-level English proficiency(written and verbal)
Experience in quality role within a medical device or biotechnology company - Advantage
Experience with QMS - Advantage

Full time position in the company's office in Bar-Lev High-Tech Park.
